Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience a plus.
• Ability to explain options and close sales.
• Strong communicator and rapport builder.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store.
• Provide sales and service support through inbound calls and outbound warm calls.
• Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow your customer base.
• Use the sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals.
• Process customer payments by credit card and cash.
