Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Fiber Splicer to join our field team. You will fuse optical fibers and perform upgrades and testing to maintain our telecom networks. Your splicing work is essential for keeping strong and reliable connections across our growing network.

Role requires climbing and working at heights, plus a valid US driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical. We offer competitive weekly pay and a benefits package including PTO, 401(k), stock

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• DOT physical exam with valid medical card
• 6 months splicing experience or 1 year in telecommunications
• Pole climber certification preferred
• Knowledge of telecom network structure

Responsabilidades

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation
• Ensure all splicing operations meet strict customer and industry standards
• Safely navigate working at different heights, from underground to in the air
• Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles, including fluid checks
• Document work performed through daily production reports, including marking up maps and keeping correct material usage records
• Other duties as assigned

Conhecimentos

Splicing experience

Pole climber certification

Knowledge of telecom networks

Valid driver's license
