Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Spring Run, PA is seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer to join our team. You will fuse optical fibers, upgrade cables, and help keep our telecom network reliable and fast.

Work includes aerial and underground splicing, testing post-installation circuits, and documenting materials usage. Safety and accuracy are essential in this role. We offer weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, and more to support your career

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card.
• 6 months splicing or 1 year telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network's circuit post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely navigate work at heights, from underground to the air.
• Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles, including fluid checks.
• Document work in daily production reports and map-markups.
• Other duties as assigned.
