Job summary

Glo Fiber, backed by Shentel, is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative for the York Glo Fiber Store to help customers choose fast, reliable fiber internet and start a rewarding sales career.

You’ll receive paid onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a collaborative team environment designed to help you grow your income and sales skills. Schedule is 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store.
• Provide sales and service support through inbound calls and outbound warm calls; identify customer needs and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow the customer base; use sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals; process payments by credit card and cash.
