Job summary

Lumos is seeking a full-time Manager – OSP Construction to lead fiber network builds across multiple market sites in the Augusta area. This role interfaces with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget execution and strong community engagement.

You will guide design and build activities, drive process improvements, and manage resources, CAPEX/OPEX, and inventories while maintaining high team performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OSP construction, engineering, or fiber operations.
• 2–5 years leading technicians and contractors in fiber builds.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Proven project management with multiple milestones to closure.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of market builds safely, on time, within budget.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, upgrade of OSP facilities.
• Delegate tasks and empower reports to design builds and track progress.
• Coordinate with local governments and communities; report progress to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and standardize processes across teams.
• Manage CAPEX, OPEX, and inventory; approve expenses.
• Hire and coach a high-performing team; drive performance reviews.
