Job summary

Cs-Contract-Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Fiber I&R Technician in Cortland, OH to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers. As a W-2 employee deployed to telecom carrier clients, you must be flexible with work locations and deliver high-quality installations with clear product education.

Primary service area is Cortland, OH with a paid one-week training in Bedford, NH.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided.
• Own truck/van/SUV with ladder rack and personal tools per company checklist.
• Smartphone and laptop; Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Pass background, MVR, and drug test.
• Overtime and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Keep scheduled appointments and log work orders/time.
• Maintain minimum metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes.
