Job summary

CS Contract Solutions is seeking a Fiber I&R Technician in Stony Ridge, OH to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers. This full-time, W-2 role is deployed to telecom carrier clients; training is provided and pay is production-based per completed job.

The role requires a truck/SUV, tools, safety equipment, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Training occurs in Bedford, NH; eligible for health vision dental, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience preferred; paid training provided for all skill levels.
• Own a truck/van/SUV with ladder rack, plus your own tools and safety equipment per company checklist.
• Must pass background check, MVR screen, and drug test.
• Must have smartphone and laptop; Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted; willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction and reduce repeat visits.
• Observe all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Keep scheduled customer appointments and log work orders and time.
• Maintain minimum acceptable metrics for Repeats, Productivity, and Completions.
• Assist other technicians and adapt to new processes and information as the job requires.
