Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic internet and home phone service preferred.
• Own vehicle and ladder rack required.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for customers.
• Complete pre/post-install work orders and verify service performance.
• Provide clear product education to customers.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Log work orders and time in internal systems.
• Support other technicians and adapt to new processes.
