Job summary

CS Contract Solutions is seeking a Fiber I&R Technician to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers in Holton, KS. This is a full-time, W-2 position; you will be employed directly by CS and deployed to work on behalf of telecom carrier clients.

You may travel within the assigned region and must deliver high-quality installations and clear product education.

Qualifications

• Fiber optic internet and home phone experience preferred; paid training provided.
• Own vehicle with ladder rack and tools per company checklist.
• Excel proficiency and ability to use laptop for field reporting.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification.
• Provide clear product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Observe safety rules and OSHA regulations.
