Job summary

Direct Communications is seeking a Construction Crew Foreman to lead our fiber optic installation and maintenance efforts in rural Louisiana. You’ll supervise a crew, operate heavy equipment, and ensure high safety and quality standards while delivering on time.

The role requires at least 2 years of crew supervision, drilling rig experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and willingness to travel our service footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading a crew in utility construction.
• Drilling rig experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
• Ability to perform manual labor in varying weather and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel across service footprint and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily productivity for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our fiber optic network.
• Foster a respectful and safety-driven environment where every team member feels valued and protected.
• Operate drilling rigs and heavy equipment to project standards of quality and safety.
