Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our fiber optic installation crews on telecom projects in the Memphis area. The role focuses on safe, efficient field operations, crew leadership, and hands-on work with heavy equipment and hand digging as needed.

The Foreman will supervise daily tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors while upholding the ALL IN culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or the ability to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations on safety-sensitive sites.
• Proficient with utility print and map reading.
• Leads setup and shutdown of projects including traffic control in various conditions.
• Ensures safety practices are followed and communicates with customers and subcontractors.
• Trains crew members on fiber installation practices and OSHA requirements.
