Job summary

ADB Companies Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead our wireline crews and oversee fiber optic installations for telecommunications projects.

You will manage manual labor, equipment operations, safety protocols, and coordination with customers and subcontractors on active job sites. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of crew leadership in utility construction, 1+ year operating heavy equipment, and a CDL Class A or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman.
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record; CDL Class A required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging, setting up traffic control, and leading crews on safety-sensitive sites.
• Proficient with utility print and map reading.
• Leads setup and shutdown of projects including traffic control in various conditions.
• Trains crew members on fiber installation practices and OSHA requirements.
• Leads by example and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Loads/unloads materials and equipment at yards and jobsites.
