T-Mobile Fiber is scaling fast and seeking a Sr Commercial Marketing Manager, Local Offers & Playbook to connect national strategy with market execution. You will manage intake and execution while working closely with the Fiber Acquisition Team to shape local offers and pricing for specific markets.

The role blends program management with strategic ideation, emphasizing organized process and sharp local-market thinking to win in local markets. Hybrid role with in-office requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
• 7+ years in marketing, GTM, program/project management, or offer strategy, ideally in telecom/fiber.
• Hands-on experience managing intake and workflows in Asana or similar tool.

Mansioni

• Own intake, prioritization, timelines, and status for local GTM initiatives.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and product positioning for Fiber local offers.
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with partners.
• Assess business models and manage offers through their lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a local offers playbook to track performance.
• Be the single point of accountability for requests from intake to execution.
• Develop market-specific offer concepts using local data and insights.
• Translate local market conditions into targeted offer and promotional recommendations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Pricing, Analytics, and Channel teams.
• Loster liaison between T-Fiber and Commercial Marketing in national planning.
