Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company serving Salem and surrounding communities. You will meet homeowners with door-to-door engagement and in-home consultations, explaining the value of high-speed internet, voice, and TV services while owning your territory.

You’ll build relationships, hit monthly goals, and represent Omni Fiber with integrity and energy.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
