Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative to serve the Wooster region, driving fiber internet adoption through in-home and door-to-door engagements. You’ll own your territory in Ashland, Mansfield, and Wooster, building relationships to grow the customer base with uncapped commissions.

No prior sales experience required—comprehensive training is provided. Expect a schedule Mon-Fri with substantial earning potential and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with a strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor to engage customers.
• Familiarity with iPads and mobile devices.
• Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
