You will coordinate field activities, train technicians, and maintain documentation per standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading field technicians in fiber splicing.
• Strong knowledge of fusion splicing, fiber preparation, cleaning, testing, routing, labeling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of fiber drop splicing technicians within service areas.
• Coordinate crews to meet customer and project timelines.
• Track drops, testing results, and production progress daily.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to technicians.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Escalate issues impacting production, safety, or quality.
