Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off, 10‑12 hour shift, Sunday–Saturday, with overtime.

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour. Expected hours: 70–84 hr per week.

Responsibilities

Fiber Optic Splicing: Efficiently splice and terminate fiber optic cables to ensure optimal performance and minimal signal loss.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot fiber optic issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize service disruptions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks to guarantee that splicing work meets industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of splice locations, cable routes, and other relevant data.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on splicing equipment and tools.
Collaboration: Coordinate and execute fiber optic projects efficiently with engineering and operations teams.

Requirements
