Job summary

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Drop Supervisor to lead an in-house fiber drop installation crew in rural Nevada. You will own crew performance, safety, and daily execution, ensuring on-time, quality installs under SLFRF and BEAD programs.

You will supervise hands-on field work, train crew on standards, and coordinate with the Drop Installation Manager to align with network readiness and service activation milestones. This role demands high energy and leadership on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience leading field crews or construction teams is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and maps.
• Proficiency with tablets/mobile reporting for daily updates.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily drop installation activities for the crew.
• Ensure installations meet standards, specs, and guidelines.
• Track production against timelines and flag at-risk areas.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Drop Installation Manager.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results.
• Maintain crew inventory and daily production records.
• Resolve field issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to crew.
