Stimulus Technologies in Henderson, NV is seeking a Drop Installation Manager to lead in-house crews responsible for fiber drop installations across multiple western markets. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on fiber optic drop installation or OSP construction experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervising field crews.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic drop installation methods and materials for aerial and buried applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, splice schematics, and drop assignment maps.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; 100% travel ability.“Required travel clause included.”
• Proficiency with tablet or mobile device for daily reporting and production tracking.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work week may be 40–60+ hours depending on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct daily drop installation activities for in-house crews across assigned areas.
• Ensure installations meet Stimulus installation standards and project specs.
• Track progress against timelines and adjust resources to stay compliant.
• Coordinate scheduling with VP and project management to align with milestones.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed installations and verify labeling and documentation.
• Manage material inventory and logistics to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and report exceptions or rework.
• Identify and resolve field-level issues affecting installations and routing.
