Responsibilities

Installing new and repairing existing aerial and buried fiber or copper drops according to industry and company standards.
Communicating effectively with customers and explaining the installation process.
Utilizing hand tools and test equipment for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Operating test equipment to check signal strength and identify issues.
Completing job reports and inventory records as required.
Potentially training and mentoring Drop Installers I.
Ensuring worksite restoration after project completion.
