Bristol Alliance of Companies (Bristol) is seeking a Drop Installer I to install and maintain telecommunications cables, connecting residential and commercial properties to the network. You will follow safety guidelines and work with fiber optic and copper facilities across varied environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with Dro p Installers II & III while upholding quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in the field or related area.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring cable systems (internet, TV, phone).
• Placing aerial and underground cable to connect customer premises.
• Installing enclosures, vaults, and other infrastructure components.
• Marking facilities to identify and trace wiring.
• Assisting with fiber optic splicing and repairs.
• Conducting signal testing and troubleshooting for performance.
