Job summary
Velox LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support fiber and utility construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate workflows, track production and documentation, and assist with billing and closeout activities, ensuring projects move smoothly.

Qualifications
- Experience coordinating multiple fiber/utility construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track multiple fiber and utility construction projects through the lifecycle.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, production, deliverables, and completion status.
- Coordinate locates, permits, work orders, and other project requirements.
- Review daily field reports and photos to verify work completion.
- Prepare and process billing documentation based on verified work.
