Project Resources Group seeks an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee outside plant telecommunications projects. The role blends field oversight with office duties, including supervising underground and aerial fiber, coordinating permitting, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project documentation.

The position offers hybrid work with daily site visits, engaging with subcontractors and clients, and a focus on organization and clear communication. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in underground cable construction.
• Strong knowledge of fiber construction, engineering principles, and dig laws/regulations.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and travel daily to sites.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and maintain safety standards.
• Hybrid role requiring field and office work with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside plant telecommunications projects in field and office settings.
• Coordinate permitting and safety compliance; manage project documentation.
• Prepare BOM and NTP packages; track weekly construction activity.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors on project status.
