Job summary

Buckley Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our fiber optic construction operations in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets. The role focuses on coordinating project documentation, tracking progress, and maintaining safety and on-schedule delivery.

You will work with Project Managers and field crews, prepare reports, manage work orders, permits, and closeout packages, and ensure accurate project records while delivering excellent customer communications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of project coordination, administrative, or office support experience.
• Experience supporting fiber optic, telecommunications, or Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout the life of multiple fiber construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, work orders, permits, and closeout packages.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and production.
• Communicate with field crews, subcontractors, customers, and internal departments.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist with customer requests and project updates.
• Help identify scheduling conflicts and administrative issues before they impact production.
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
