Job summary

Wyyerd Fiber seeks a Customer Service and Activation Representative to handle inbound sales, support and activation for residential and small business customers in Surprise, AZ. As the first contact, you will resolve questions, assist with activations, and ensure smooth provisioning.

You will troubleshoot basic connectivity and VoIP issues, document interactions in the CRM, and identify opportunities to upsell services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in telecom/ISP preferred.
• Solid understanding of home networking including Wi-Fi, device connectivity, and speed management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person as the front line for inquiries.
• Support activation and provisioning of fiber internet and VoIP services.
• Troubleshoot basic fiber connectivity issues and assist with Wi‑Fi configuration.
• Escalate complex network issues to Tier 2 support or field technicians as needed.
• Aim for first-call resolution and accurate CRM documentation.
• Process moves, adds, changes, and cancellations in the network management system.
• Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and plan adjustments.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
