Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Lead-level Asset/Inventory Control Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of equipment and GFP in TS/SCI facilities. You will lead audits, maintain 100% accountability, and drive process improvements across secure programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with security, engineering, and logistics teams; generating data-driven reports; and mentoring junior staff while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and Peraton policies.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• 5 years with BS/BA; four additional years can be considered in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of inventory control, asset management, supply chain, or logistics experience within government or intelligence programs.
• Proven experience leading inventory accountability activities in secure environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, property accounting, and government-furnished property standards.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced mission environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead SME for inventory control, asset management, and logistics tracking.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory processes including acquisition, receipt, barcoding, tracking, storage, distribution, reconciliation, and disposal.
• Maintain 100% accountability for all mission equipment in TS/SCI facilities.
• Develop and refine inventory control procedures and workflows.
• Lead physical inventory audits, spot checks, and property reconciliation activities; prepare reports for leadership.
• Manage inventory databases and secure tracking tools; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, PM, and Logistics for handling sensitive materials.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements and data-driven reporting.
• Train and mentor junior inventory personnel on compliance and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS property management standards and Peraton policies.
• Prepare executive summaries on inventory status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Conduct supply chain and logistics functions including procurement, planning, and distribution.
