Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT seeks an FIAR Integration Manager to lead financial improvement and audit remediation efforts across the F135 program. You will implement process changes, drive digital projects, and ensure compliance with government audit activities.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, integrate new data sources and tools, manage data reporting from PW and subcontractors to USG systems, and drive continuous improvement in data processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, business, property, and/or project management.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Travel required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration plans with cross-program and cross-functional teams to ensure FIAR goals are met.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and keep data aligned and up to date for decision making.
• Manage digital solutions to enable reporting of government property data from Pratt & Whitney and subcontractor systems to USG systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and reporting methods to increase efficiency and accuracy.
