Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace engine manufacturer, seeks a seasoned FIAR compliance professional to manage government property accountability and FIAR improvements. You will work with Fleet Managers, PSPs, and warehouses to enhance asset visibility and data integrity.

Responsibilities include analyzing SAP data, ensuring audit readiness, and implementing corrective actions across CONUS/OCONUS locations while supporting continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or government property management; or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FIAR compliance with Government Property Management and audit standards.
• Analyze SAP/SEAL data to identify inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Monitor FIAR performance metrics and audit readiness across CONUS/OCONUS depots.
• Maintain asset records and update system data for Government-owned property.
• Investigate variances and participate in root-cause analyses and action closures.
• Contribute to FIAR-related projects to strengthen internal controls and inventory visibility.
• Support multiple priorities and respond to audit inquiries promptly.
