Carrington Mortgage Services seeks an experienced claims specialist to prepare, file, and follow up on FHA home retention claims in compliance with investor guidelines. The role requires meticulous handling of claim timelines, reconciliations, and documentation, with an hourly target starting at $23–$26.

The position is based in New Mexico and offers benefits and training opportunities. You will manage claim-related tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely imaging of documents

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file HUD claims timely and accurately according to guidelines.
• Follow up semi-daily on all outstanding claim proceeds.
• Perform loan-level reconciliation of claim proceeds and adjustments.
• Provide posting instructions for all claim proceeds within 24 hours.
• Review and ensure timely completion of scheduled steps.
• Document actions and communications in system notes.
• Maintain HUD audit file and images of all claim documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
