Responsibilities

• Prepare and file HUD claims timely and accurately per guidelines.
• Follow up on outstanding claim proceeds semi-daily.
• Reconcile loan-level final claim proceeds vs. amount claimed and paid.
• Provide posting instructions for claim proceeds within 24 hours of receipt.
• Document servicing actions, delays, and phone conversations in system notes.
• Image and maintain HUD audit file; ensure timely imaging of documents.
