• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file HUD claims timely and accurately.
• Follow up on claim proceeds daily.
• Perform loan-level reconciliations of final claim proceeds.
• Provide posting instructions within 24 hours of receipt.
• Document servicing actions and updates in system notes.
