Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead to guide a team of up to 7 PMs within the Humana PCO program. You will coach, develop, and manage performance, while coordinating workflow and portfolio metrics in collaboration with Facilities, Transactions, Engineering, and client leadership.

Expect to spend about 25% on project execution and travel as required (30-35%). You will contribute to shaping strategy, advancing best practices, and delivering key initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Ability to support/lead business development initiatives.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to communicate data to clients and teams.
• Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
