Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Construction Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead for the Humana Primary Care Organization (PCO) Team. You will lead a team of up to 7 project managers, coach, develop, and manage performance while coordinating workflow and portfolio metrics.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Programs and Projects, you'll collaborate with Facilities Management, Transactions, Engineering, and client leadership. Expect 25% hands-on project execution and travel up to 30-35%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience and advanced project management skills.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of project managers; develop and manage performance.
• Coordinate workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics for client programs.
• Support process development, program improvement and quality initiatives.
