Job summary

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification within 18 months of hire.
• Two years' experience as a Sonographer (Level II) and four years for advancement (Level III).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates sonographic equipment and performs diagnostic ultrasound exams.
• Assesses images, records findings, and communicates with radiologists.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation of studies.
• Maintains equipment and department supplies and supports training of students.
