Job summary

The Sundance Institute is seeking a Festival Coordinator, Transportation in Boulder, CO for a full-time temporary role. You will coordinate transportation logistics for the Sundance Film Festival, work with the Transportation Manager, and help ensure operations run smoothly on-site with predictable hours and occasional extended scheduling.

Based in Boulder, you will work in a hybrid capacity, handling data, vendor coordination, and daily reporting while supporting a dynamic team and festival

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in event transportation, production, operations, or related (relevant background).
• Ability to drive a 16’ to 24’ box truck with lift gates, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation logistics for Sundance Film Festival.
• Translate approved transportation plan into actionable tasks.
• Maintain daily/weekly transportation data and reports.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event footprints and barricades.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams at onsite meetings.
• Track transportation expenses and respond to cost variations.
• Prepare comprehensive wrap-up report after the festival.
