Job summary

Triangle MSO in Raleigh, NC seeks multiple Patient Navigators for full-time roles with hours 7:30am-4pm, Monday–Friday. You will support patients through fertility treatment, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth communication with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, education, and coordination of records and appointments within the medical workflow. Prior experience in healthcare and EMR familiarity are needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or CMA certification required; LPNs preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule consultations, appointments, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Artemis.
• Collaborate with care team to streamline patient care.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
