Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Cary, North Carolina, to join a network of fertility centers. The role supports fertility patients, coordinates care, and provides education and emotional support in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, opportunities for growth within a national organization, and a strong focus on compassionate patient care within Shady Grove Fertility partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
• Provide pre and post op education.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved.
• Support and promote excellence in customer service.
