Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago, IL seeks a Patient Navigator to guide fertility patients through treatment plans, education, and care coordination. You will partner with clinicians and staff to schedule appointments, explain procedures, assist with insurance, and help patients navigate financial resources.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a clinical healthcare setting with patient care coordination or navigation.
• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact guiding patients through treatment plans and education.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and referrals for continuity of care.
• Assist with insurance understanding and financial resources; EMR documentation.
• Communicate with clinicians, staff, and admin to ensure seamless care.
