Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to work with our Care Team and guide patients through treatment planning. You will translate complex medical information into clear steps, build trust with new patients, and ensure smooth handoffs for cycle management.

This full-time onsite role involves generating journey calendars, tracking tests, scheduling appointments, and supporting patients from intake to treatment readiness, with a strong emphasis on compassionate communication.
