Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking a Clinical Coordination Assistant in Boston, MA. This full-time role supports infertility patient care alongside the IVF Nurse Coordinator and reports to the Clinical Manager. Competitive benefits and schedule from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include data entry into the EMR, ordering labs, handling medication authorizations, and coordinating communication with patients and nursing staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant certificate preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 2+ years of medical assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe, enter, scan, and verify data into the EMR accurately and timely.
• Place daily lab orders as directed by RN.
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications as directed by RN.
• Call patient pharmacy with prescriptions and refills as directed by RN.
• Perform chart audits for weekly ART meeting.
• Track and audit patient consent forms for completion and alert RN of deficiencies.
• Verify patient work up status is complete and lab results are up to date.
• Track inventory and document consignment medication for nurse team.
• Attend hormone meetings with the nursing team.
• Assist with nurse-line calls and triage documentation in the EMR.
• Within scope, answer triaged calls and document actions in EMR.
• Other duties as assigned.
