Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey. You will assist with procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

The position is full-time and onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with standard Monday–Friday hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates should have a Medical Assistant program completion and a current BLS/CPR certification, plus EMR experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a Medical Assistant program strongly preferred.
Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
Ultrasound experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
Hourly rate: final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information.
Support front desk operations as needed to ensure a welcoming patient experience.
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Record vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections.
Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked.
Maintain accurate EMR records and coordinate patient appointments.
