Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Scottsdale/Arizona team. This onsite role supports patients from first contact, handles admin tasks, and coordinates scheduling with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with a rotating Sunday every three weeks and occasional holiday coverage, traveling to Chandler or Glendale as needed. The position offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: high school diploma required; 1–2 years in customer service or front desk; healthcare preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills; EMR and basic computer use.
• Must be able to travel to Chandler or Glendale locations as needed; onsite in Scottsdale or Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients; verify personal and insurance information; direct them to departments.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, support clinical staff.
• Maintain patient records and process billing; collect copays.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming.
• Assist with additional projects and admin duties as assigned.
