Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Arizona is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This full-time, onsite position supports clinical operations by assisting with patient preparation, medical records, and basic clinical tasks under supervision.

• 1-2 years of clinical/healthcare experience.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare examination rooms, maintain equipment, and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Record patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage inquiries.
