Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to welcome patients, manage check-in, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This full-time, onsite role offers Monday–Friday hours 7:45 AM–4:15 PM, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

EMR proficiency and bilingual Spanish are a plus. Experience in medical offices and strong communication help ensure accurate records, billing support, and a welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong communication and multitasking skills with EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
