You will build trust with new patients, explain complex medical terms in plain language, and help schedule tests, visits, and treatment milestones. This full-time onsite role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a fast-growing fertility practice.

• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
• Explain complex medical processes in plain language
• Monitor patient readiness for treatment
