Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and create on-site quotes. In this outside sales role, you’ll visit customers 4–6 days a week and close deals with uncapped commissions.

Leads are provided; you’ll educate homeowners on materials and install options, with mileage reimbursed and a clear path to growth, including a sales manager track for top performers.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
