Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled home appointments, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role; you’ll visit homeowners 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You will build quotes on-site with our pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials and installation, and hand off signed projects to the project manager. Top performers earn uncapped commissions, with typical reps reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• Lead generation provided; no cold-calling required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to measure properties and write quotes on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
