Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role—you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided; you're not cold-calling—guide homeowners through materials, styles, and the install process, then hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes. Top reps earn six figures with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.
• Familiar with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day with homeowners across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
