Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to meet homeowners, measure properties, and deliver on-site quotes. This outside sales role involves 4–6 visits weekly and travel within the metro area.

You will build quotes using our pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials, and follow up to close deals. Pre-booked appointments replace cold-calling, and a path to sales leadership is available for top performers.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with time management skills.
• Experience using a CRM to track leads and activity.

Responsabilidades

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day at homeowners' homes.
• Measure properties accurately and determine scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
