Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write on-site quotes. This outside sales role visits homes 4–6 days a week to showcase options, educate homeowners on materials, and guide projects to close.

Leads are provided; no cold-calling. You will earn uncapped commissions, with mileage reimbursement and paid training, while ramping to six figures for top performers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with homeowners.

• Experience with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets is a plus.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.

• Hit a monthly closing target and contribute to a sales-driven culture.
